Field Events

The Field Events are a beloved tradition. Please join the whole town in a day of family-friendly fun. There are ongoing activities as well as scheduled competitions for kids of all ages (yes, there are adult heats!). The field events are free to attend and to participate in!

Field Events Schedule
12:00 PM: Flag raising and award announcements
12:15 PM-2:30 PM: Ongoing Activities: Greased Pole, Duck Pond, Tin Can Knockdown
12:45 PM-2:30 PM: Activities and Races by Age Group (see posted signage for schedule): Pie-Eating, Candy Scramble, Sack Race, Three-Legged Race, Parent-Child Relay, Egg Toss
3:00 PM: Field clean up
Ongoing vendors (our vendors accept credit cards unless otherwise indicated): Annual T-Shirt & Harvard Merch Pre-Orders (cash or check), Harvard Lion’s Club Food and Drinks, Dylan & Pete’s Ice Cream Truck, Face Escape Face Painting
